Terms & Conditions
1. Any faults
diagnosed during the diagnostic check and any parts which
need to be replaced must be done so by us and not a third
party. If the vehicle is repaired by another party then we
will not be liable for any costs incurred from the outcome
of their diagnosis and or repair. (only mobile car air
conditioning services)
2. At times
during a diagnostic check a particular component maybe at
fault which could lead to another component not working.
Until the first component has been repaired it is then that
the rest of the air conditioning system can then be checked.

3. Any parts
which have been fitted remain the property of Premier Car
Services and Mobile Car Air Conditioning Services until all
monies have been received and cleared.
4. Any parts
specially ordered must be paid for whether the job is done
or not.
5. At no time
are cheap or inferior parts used. All parts carry a 12-month
warranty.
6. Full payment
by cheque or cash must be given on the day of completion of
the diagnosis check or service. Any cheques which bounce,
will incur a £15.00 charge for administration costs.
7. All work
carried out is fully guaranteed.
8. By reading
these terms and conditions you understand and agree what has
been mentioned and are content to use our services.
